A part of my self-care journey is being intentional with what I ingest… music, shows, social media, and of course…food. Roasted Red Potatoes
Red skin potatoes with white onions, green peppers and fresh parsley. Seasoned with garlic power, paprika, black pepper and olive oil. Baked in the oven for one hour at 350 degrees. Simple and Delicious.
